Accommodation & Facilities

  1. Where will I stay during my longevity program?

    Guests are accommodated in one of our three buildings, depending on availability and room category:

    • The Château
    • The Residence
    • Selected suites located on the top floor of the medical centre

    All accommodations offer comfort, privacy, and direct access to our clinic’s facilities.

  2. Can I come with a guest?

    Yes, guests are welcome.

    • The guest fee starts from CHF 750 per night, including full board and access to the spa and fitness facilities.
    • Please note that guests do not receive any medical care or treatments.
  3. Do I have access to the spa, swimming pool, and fitness center?

    Yes, all guests have access to the spa, swimming pool, and fitness facilities during their stay.

  4. What is a typical day schedule at our longevity clinic?

    A typical day usually runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00–6:00 PM, depending on the program and scheduled appointments.

  5. Is it possible to upgrade my room or services?

    Yes, upgrades and upsells are possible subject to availability and may involve an additional supplement.

  6. Are pets allowed?

    Yes, dogs and cats are accepted under the following conditions:

    • Official veterinary documents are required
    • A fee of CHF 2,500 per animal applies
    • Pets must remain in the room but can be taken outside for walks

     

  7. Do you provide translation or interpreter services?

    Yes, we offer several options:

    • Interpreter service packages starting from CHF 1,500, with a dedicated interpreter available throughout the week for appointments included in the program
    • Hourly interpreter service at CHF 120 per hour
    • Headphone translation devices are also available free of charge

     

  8. Do you provide assistance for guests with limited mobility?

    Yes, we offer two options:

    • Wheelchair assistance (09:00–18:00): CHF 800 per day
    • 24-hour assistance and in-room personal care: from CHF 1,700 per 24 hours, depending on the level of care required

Programs & Pricing

  1. Can I replace appointments included in my program with other treatments?

    All appointments included in the program are carefully selected by our scientific and medical teams to ensure coherence and optimal results. To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the program, substitutions are not possible. However, additional treatments can be added à la carte.

  2. Can I receive a detailed breakdown of the program price?

    The program at our longevity wellness clinic is offered as a comprehensive, all-inclusive medical and wellness package, designed as a fully integrated protocol.
    For this reason, the individual elements cannot be separated or itemized. Medical, therapeutic, nutritional, and wellness components function as one unified program, and a per-item price breakdown is therefore not available.

  3. Do you have low and high season rates?

    No, our rates are the same all year round.

  4. What are the rates for staying with a child?
    • 0–2 years: CHF 200 per night (full board)
    • 2–18 years: CHF 500 per night (full board)

Nutrition & Dietary Restrictions

  1. What type of cuisine is offered (anti-inflammatory, detox, vegetarian)?

    We offer anti-inflammatory dietary approach for all our guests as a core nutritional philosophy. Depending on the specific programme followed, menus can be adapted to vegetarian patterns.

  2. Are specific dietary requirements (gluten-free, food allergies, intolerances) accommodated?

    Our lunch & dinner menus are generally prepared to be both dairy and gluten free. Breakfast is offered in buffet format with a wide variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs. In cases of food allergies or intolerances, menus are individually adapted to ensure safety and nutritional adequacy.

Logistics & Travel Information

  1. How can I reach Clarens (from Geneva or Zurich)?
    • By train
      • From Geneva: Direct trains to Montreux (approx. 1 hour)
      • From Zurich: Direct trains or connections via Lausanne (approx. 2.5–3 hours)
      • Get off at Clarens, one stop before or after Montreux. The station is centrally located.
    • By plane
      • Geneva Airport: The closest airport. Direct train connections from the airport to Clarens via Montreux.
      • Zurich Airport: Train connections via Lausanne or Montreux.
    • By car
      • From Geneva: approx. 1h15 (motorways A1/A9 towards Lausanne–Montreux)
      • From Zurich: approx. 2h30 (A1 then A9)
      • Exit Montreux / Clarens. Parking is available on site.
  2. Do you offer airport transfers?

    Yes, airport transfers are available at an additional cost, except for guests enrolled in the Revitalisation or Revitalisation Premium programs, where transfers are included.

  3. What should I pack for my stay?

    To fully enjoy your stay at our wellness clinic, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing and relaxed outfits for leisure time, both indoor and outdoor, including sportswear, trainers, and swimwear for fitness sessions and activities. Please also pack warm, comfortable clothes for outdoor activities, as well as one elegant outfit for dinners at the restaurant.

  4. Is it possible to go out during my stay?

    Yes. Guests are allowed to go out during their stay. You can enjoy pleasant walks along Leman Lake or visit nearby Montreux.

  5. From what age can a program be followed?

    Longevity programs are available for guests from 18 years old.

  6. Which documents are required upon arrival at Clinique La Prairie?

    A valid passport is required.

  7. Do you assist with visa applications?

    Yes. Clinique La Prairie can provide an official invitation letter for a medical visa, indicating the dates of stay at the clinic.
