Mr Gregor Mattli was elected Chairman of Clinique La Prairie in 2009, succeeding his father Armin Mattli. Continually expanding Clinique La Prairie in high levels of medical care and services, Gregor Mattli is also Chairman of the “Fondation Clinique La Prairie pour la recherche sur le vieillissement et l'immunologie”, where he funds scientific research in the fields of Immunology, Cellular Research and Better Aging.


Simone Gibertoni joined Clinique La Prairie in 2016, appointed CEO by the founding Mattli family. Simone has over 20 years of experience as CEO of International Companies, and has consulted different companies in luxury and industrial businesses. Today his mission is to grow worldwide the Clinique La Prairie brand, its philosophy and revolutionary approach. 

Dr. ADRIAN HEINI - Medical Director

Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Lausanne and with extensive experience in internal & preventive medicine and nutrition, Dr. Heini was particularly interested in the field obesity and energy metabolism. Since 2000 at Clinique La Prairie, he has developed several medical and longevity programs to help patients live longer and healthier lives. It is as Medical Director since 2020, that Dr Heini pursues his mission strengthening the development of the Medical Center.


Stefano Lanna joined Clinique La Prairie in January 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr.Lanna holds an MSc in Economics from Bocconi University in Milano and has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Administration and Control. His professional experiences extends from large and mid-sized publicly-traded industrial international corporations to Private Equity owned service companies.

DANIELE CORTI - Business Dev. Director

Daniele Corti joined Clinique La Prairie in 2019 as Strategic Planning & Business Development Director. He holds an MSc in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan and from Fudan University in Shanghai and several years of experience in consulting. His strategic approach combined with a comprehensive view over our company’s business dynamics continuously boosts CLP’s growth both locally and internationally.

SONIA SPRING - General Manager Holistic Health

Sonia Spring leads the strategic management of Clinique La Prairie's supplements brand, Holistic Health. She holds a Master's degree in Economics. Prior to joining the clinic in 2019, she held a spectrum of global and local leadership roles in Switzerland and Southeast Asia during her 16-year career in the luxury industry. Her expertise spans international marketing, product strategy, sales, business development, and retail operations.

TULAY ULUTAS - Managing Director Swiss Medical Services

Heading Human Resources, Tulay Ulutas joined Clinique La Prairie in 2021 and was promoted to the position of Managing Director – Swiss Medical Services in July 2023. She has profound expertise in all areas of HR management, organization, talent and leadership development and vast international experience. Ms Ulutas holds a CAS in Human Resources from Geneva University and BA in Psychology from Neuchatel University. She has 19 years of progressive experience in multinational companies based in Switzerland.

LORENZO AMAGLIO - Managing Director Hospitality & Wellness

Lorenzo Amaglio joined Clinique La Prairie in 2021 as the Managing Director of Hospitality & Wellness. He holds a master’s degree in Hospitality Administration & Management from Cornell University and has over 25 years of international experience covering managerial positions in luxury hotels & residences, including the Dorchester Collection and hotels belonging to the LHW group. Mr Amaglio brings his solid experience in hospitality, food & beverage divisions, and medical spa hotels to create a unique guest experience, where satisfaction is considered the top priority.

JACOPO MAZZOLIN - CHRO and Chief of Staff

Jacopo Mazzolin joined Clinique La Prairie in 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief of Staff. With over 25 years in Human Resources and Business Management across global public and private companies within the industrial, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences sectors, he spearheaded the transformation of the HR function and operations, enhancing their efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact within organizations. Jacopo brings extensive international experience gained in HR and business leadership roles across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions having also lived and worked based out of six different countries. He holds a BA and MA in History from Venice University.

In his dual role as Chief of Staff alongside CHRO responsibilities, Jacopo serves as Senior Advisor to Clinique La Prairie's management team. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, internal communications, and project oversight, demonstrating a versatile skill set and holistic understanding of business and organizational dynamics.

AURÉLIA CETTOUR MEUNIER - Global Chief Marketing Officer

As Global Chief Marketing Officer, Aurélia Cettour-Meunier leads the strategic management of branding and international marketing across the portfolio of Clinique La Prairie Group's destinations. During her +15 years of international experience for major luxury groups and dynamic start-ups, she orchestrated brand launches and complex matrix project management scenarios with a focus on BtoBtoC stakes. She brings an extensive 360 marketing expertise including brand positioning, digital strategies as well as media and public relations management, which she acquired in the realms of luxury, hospitality, and the art of living. Aurélia Cettour-Meunier joined Clinique La Prairie in 2023.
